01 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms used in these Terms shall carry the meanings described below.

• "Platform" refers to cm44's website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any active account holder registered on the platform.
• "We" or "cm44" refers to the operating authority of the platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount held in your account, which may include both real money and bonuses.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits or rewards provided by cm44, subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the cm44 platform. Account creation or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request necessary documents to verify age at any time. cm44 reserves the right to suspend an account if documents are not provided.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, those accounts will be permanently closed and all balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms. If any information changes, you are required to notify the support team promptly.

2.4 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Allowing others to use your account is prohibited. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the cm44 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Funds are generally added to the account immediately upon deposit. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Completing the identity verification process may be mandatory before a withdrawal.

Withdrawals can only be made through the payment method used for the deposit or a method approved by cm44. Bonus balance is used first, followed by the main funds.

3.3 Verification

For security purposes, cm44 reserves the right to verify identity and payment method before any transaction. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested for verification.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳8,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), applied only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit plus bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing that bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be used once and applies to one account.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period. If the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• cm44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraud or a breach of terms is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

05 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

cm44's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play.

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.5% cashback per week and additional benefits.
• Gold Tier: Up to 0.8% cashback per week and dedicated priority service.

VIP benefits are governed by separately applicable terms and conditions. cm44 reserves the right to change the structure or benefits of the VIP program.

06 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the cm44 platform operate under SSL encryption and fair play guidelines. We are committed to ensuring a safe and reliable environment.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use yours.
• Misusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cybercrime.
• Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Offensive or threatening behaviour.

If evidence of prohibited activities is found, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

07 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

cm44 reserves the right to cancel bets due to technical errors, connection loss, or any other reason. The amount of a cancelled bet will be returned to the account.

7.2 Odds & Results

All odds are subject to change. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed are final. The result of any game or event is finalised after verification from our reliable sources.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error causes an abnormal result, cm44 reserves the right to cancel that bet or game. In this situation, the deposited amount will be refunded, but any winnings obtained as a result of the error will not be payable.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. If there are no pending bets at the time of the request, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance.

10.2 Suspension by cm44

cm44 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of Terms is found.
• If identity cannot be verified or false information has been provided.
• Suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activities.
• Due to legal obligations.

Any valid withdrawable balance will be returned after verification, but funds forfeited due to violations will not be returned.

11 Limitation of Liability

cm44 is not liable for the following:

• Interrupted gameplay due to loss of internet connection.
• Delayed transactions due to technical issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Account information theft resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Service termination due to changes in applicable laws or regulations.

We make every effort to maintain service quality under any circumstances. However, cm44 is not obligated to provide compensation for temporary service disruptions caused by unavoidable circumstances.

12 Dispute Resolution

We review every complaint fairly and aim to provide a resolution within a reasonable time. If a dispute cannot be resolved with the agreement of both parties, third-party mediation may be sought.

13 Changes to Terms

cm44 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The date of change and a summary will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
